We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.If your size isn’t a perfect fit, we’re happy to arrange a smooth pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
For hygiene and product safety, we unfortunately cannot allow try-ons at the door. You can still open the package to check the color and material, and if the size isn’t right, we’ll exchange it for free.
We offer express shipping—orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive updates as soon as your order is packed and out for delivery.
